Scope Of Work
Located in Roswell, GA, Honda Carland upgrades its dealership to include an attractive new building for customers. The existing facility is demolished to make room for a new two and a half story dealership featuring a full-service shop in the basement and structured parking above. Demolition and construction are performed in two phases and take place during normal business hours, allowing the dealership to remain fully operational. Additional site work includes refreshed asphalt and concrete paving, a storm drain system, sanitary sewer improvements, and modular block retaining walls around the perimeter.
