Situated at the iconic intersection of East 7th Street and North Caswell Road in Charlotte, Elizabeth on Seventh offers 103,500 SF of Class A speculative office space and approximately 22,000 SF of new ground-floor retail and amenities.
With stunning architectural design and a pedestrian-friendly plan, Elizabeth on Seventh is designed to enrich the Elizabeth community’s vibrancy with a complementary office and retail environment.
Three outdoor terraces and a parking structure anchor the development.
Incorporating the latest in health and wellness certifications, Elizabeth on Seventh is pursuing a Fitwel certification, which will ensure the prioritization of wellness throughout the building’s design, development, and operations processes. The project is also pursing LEED certification.
