Scope Of Work
Granite Construction hired CPM to assist with the project’s Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) with the CAHSRA. Partnering with local unions, building trades and agencies to establish a workforce development program, CPM’s project support has resulted in a targeted workforce of 60%, double the CBA requirements. CPM’s services focused on developing relationships with, and providing educational assistance to, local workers and minority/disadvantaged businesses, communities, unions, hiring agencies, and faith-based organizations.
