Scope Of Work
As construction manager at risk, EBL performed design builder services for the renovation of the Clubhouse and Leasing center. In addition as construction manager as agent for the owner, EBL performed amenities renovation inclusive of exterior apartment painting, pool and spa renovation, road repairs, exterior lighting and landscaping. Total project cost renovation was $2.0 Million.
