Scope Of Work

Located at New Ballas Road and Ladue Road in Creve Coeur, this is the first community in UIC’s portfolio to bring their distinctive contemporary homes to a specifically more suburban or rural context. The plans for the residences will be approximately 2,500sf-4,000sf on 1/3 acre to +1/2 acre lots.

The homes combine, bold, simple forms, and sustainability options, with an emerging type of housing. While not exclusively “age-in-place”, the homes in Santino Court have ground floor master suites, laundry rooms, and “step-less” entries from the garage, and outdoor spaces. Loft-style living areas, indoor-outdoor connection, natural light, and vaulted spaces are directly related to their context, integrating home with landscape. This community will appeal to families and couples with modern sensibilities, that are interested in practical, design-driven architecture aligned with both the past and future.
