Scope Of Work
Just north of UIC’s office in Botanical Heights, this former manufacturing facility has been given a new life as the offices of a local IT firm, GadellNet. The firm wanted to create an open, collaborative workplace while still maintaining the ability for focus and privacy. Much of the building’s character is being preserved, including the 5-ton crane over the reception area.
