Scope Of Work

UIC completed design work on this 20-unit apartment building with ground floor retail on Manchester Avenue in the Grove neighborhood. After years of resurgent growth in this exciting residential and entertainment district, this project will represent the first new residential building on Manchester Avenue in the past 15 years. This three-story building has a ground floor clad in brick with large storefronts, while the upper floors were planned with zinc panels with recessed balconies. All twenty units feature large balconies and covered parking.
