Scope Of Work
Re-modernization of B129, converted into a Drill Instructor’s lounge area, with mini kitchen, ADA rest rooms, and nursing room with counter tops, and cabinets. Demoed and remodeled existing storage room into nursing room, Constructed mini kitchen, installed exit lights, exterior lights, and relocated existing gas heater. Renovated existing restrooms to meet ADA requirements. Removed 114 sq ft of carpet, and replaced carpet with VCT tiles. Removed loose and flaking paint as required, Encapsulate the lead paint where there are no signs of flaking. All interior wall surfaces were prepped, primed and painted with two coats of paint.
