Scope Of Work
Design-Build project, provided all concept drawings and stamped designs required to renovate B6311. All existing conditions inside our construction area was gutted and disposed of to prep site for new complete renovation.
This project was phased, so that the men’s and women’s restrooms on the North side of B6311 were not taken out of service while the men’s and women’s restroom on the side was out of service. Temporary restrooms were provided to satisfy (1) co-ed ADA stall and (2) regular men’s stalls until construction was completed.
