Scope Of Work

Asturian performed an expedited clinic renovation under a Performance Based Contract to meet rapid Foreign deployment needs of the military. The medical examination area was renovated to include new interior finishes, medical casework, plumbing, electrical, and associated requirements. All work was performed under Infectious Control Construction Procedures with specified containment(s) add minimal disruption to adjacent active medical spaces. Asturian was responsible for the preliminary project assessement, preparation of a formal scope of work, minimal design, itemized estimate, and rapid execution upon owner award. This project was started and completed within 30 days.
