Scope Of Work

This shopping center was oxidized with hairline cracks throughout and had an underground water problem in one section.  The project was phased over 5 mobilizations to minimize impact to the tenants.   The asphalt repairs and under drain were installed in the first mobilization.  The subsequent mobilizations were for the asphalt seal coating and line striping.  For this project we utilized Gem Seal Black Diamond Pavement Sealer applied by squeegee for the first coat and spray for the second.  The squeegee application helped seal the hairline cracks and applied substantially more pavement sealer than a single or double spray coat.
