Jireh Contracting, Inc.

Jireh Contracting, Inc. is a small family Christian owned business located in Manassas, Virginia. Jireh was established in 2005 by C.E.O and founder Cesar Gutierrez, SR. Quick history, why the name “Jireh”? God has blessed our lives, families, friends and has given us a gift to start and operate this business. The Lord has always provided us with great work opportunities and wonderful customers. That’s the reason why, as a family, we decided to name our company “Jireh”; meaning “God will Provide”.

Cesar, SR., started with one dump truck and worked extremely hard through the years. In 2011, Cesar Gutierrez, Jr. joined Jireh Contracting, Inc. and a second truck was purchased. Since then, Jireh Contracting, Inc. started to expand more, purchasing multiple dump trucks within the years. Thanks to God, we have more than 15 dump trucks and continue to grow in the trucking industry. Cesar SR’s sons Joe and Carlos Gutierrez also joined the business and started the Milling and Paving division in 2016. We have become highly experienced and own a fleet of milling machines, paving equipment and vacuum sweeper trucks.
