Scope Of Work
This was a multi-faceted tenant improvement project. We renovated consultation offices on the upper floor, and created the surgical center below. The surgical center had many unique requirements unique to the healthcare industry including specialty med gasses, custom HVAC, clean/operating rooms, and patient recovery rooms.
