Scope Of Work
Comprehensive design services for the redesign of an existing cath lab into a hybrid operating room with support spaces. Project design criteria guided by ASHRAE 170 (ventilation of healthcare facilities) and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program for a hybrid operating room.
Services include interior design and infrastructure for new medical equipment, construction document packaging along with associated A/E construction cost estimates and construction period services.
