Scope Of Work

A new 600-ton high efficiency chiller will be added to meet the cooling load capacity needed by a healthcare campus during peak summer months. Additionally, a new water side economizer plate and frame heat exchanger will be installed to reduce operating hours and costs.

The new chiller will run in parallel with three existing 450-ton chillers for greater flexibility. The new cooling tower shall operate with the three existing towers being totally redundant.

Services include field reconnaissance, surveys and site investigations, design, drawings, specifications, construction and bid documents.
