Scope Of Work
To address continued waterproofing problems in an existing administration building, Hilliard Architects performed field surveys and water testing on the glass curtain wall system, exterior fiberglass panel system and skylight.
Removing and replacing the sealant will resolve the leaking windows and exterior paneling issue. The skylight will be replaced by reflective double-paned glass which reduces glare and heat gain, resulting in decreased energy consumption.
In addition to investigation and problem-solving, Hilliard Architects is producing construction documents and specifications.
