Scope Of Work
We are leveling floors to within an 1/8" in 10' maximum deviation using a Mapei lightweight underlayment material, and we're pouring over 150,000 SF of space (over 9 floors). Included in this scope of work was performing significant mechanical floor prep (shotblasting & grinding) in order to remove mastic that was left behind from the previous flooring material. This project was performed for Grunley Construction. We had an onsite Project Manager for the whole length of the project, and the work was done continuously over multiple months.
