Scope Of Work
In the Spring of 2021 Charters Brothers successfully completed construction of the Beach Plum 4 Restaurant at the Tuscan Village in Salem, NH. As General Contractor, Charters Brothers worked with the Owner, TMS Architects, and The Tuscan Village, to design and construct this first class seafood restaurant.
The Beach Plum 4 was constructed in Salem’s newest retail development, The Tuscan Village, and the safety of the public was at the forefront of the planning and execution of the work at all times.
The 4th restaurant for entrepreneur Bob Lee boasts 5,500 sf of restaurant space, an outdoor patio with seating for 75, a state of the art cookline, highly polished beach glass concrete floor, an energy efficient building envelope, and SIP’s construction, state of the art HVAC and lighting systems. All while maintaining the feel of a New England beach house.
