Scope Of Work
This project started with a basic build time of 12 weeks. While it may have started with a generous completion time, the Colonial Life build quickly turned into a fast track project. By the time all the contracts were in place and Gateway was able to start work, the holiday season was in full effect, removing a week from our schedule. Shortly after everyone returned from the holidays the tenant expressed their need to be in the space a month earlier. While this may have presented an issue for other contractors, Gateway accommodated the tenants wishes, and turned over the space a few days before the new deadline. A project with a generous completion time of 12 weeks quickly became a fast track project with a 7 week completion time.
Colonial life was in awe once the space was handed in. They could not believe Gateway Builders had afforded them the ability to make use of their space one month sooner than anticipated.
