Scope Of Work
When the Cochran Law Firm needed a company to build out their new office space they had a few contractors to choose from. When making a choice they needed to make sure the contractor they worked with would ensure an on time completion. The Cochran Firm decided to use Gateway to build out their new office space, but because they had never used Gateway before, the Cochran Firm elected to retain a construction management team.
Gateway worked very closely with the design team and the construction management team throughout the build process. One of the obstacles we worked to overcome was adding two private executive restrooms with showers. Due in large part to the collaboration between all parties involved the addition of the executive restrooms proved to be no problem at all. At the end of the day the Cochran Firm was handed over their space right on time and to their liking.
