Scope Of Work
Interior fit-out renovation:
ENZO Building and Design served as the general contractor to provide general construction services to renovate the existing 10,000 SF first floor space for BrightView, LLC. The 10,000 SF space includes new reception and waiting area, 10 new private councilor offices, 4 doctor offices, 4 new exam rooms, large nurse station, 4 large group rooms, 5 new toilet rooms, guard station and an annex waiting area in the newly converted dock area and a large Bull Pin room for visiting councilors.
General construction services for this project included: all new millwork, Doors, frames and hardware, Toilet accessories, Lockers, Fire extinguishers, new HVAC system including 4 new roof top units and updated electric and new CAT 6 data. Entire space included all new LED lighting.
