We decided to work with Greco after interviewed a few vendors. The sales rep (Jerry) was very courteous and responsive. He addressed all our concerns regarding whether new construction or retrofitting windows could be best fit for our application. 

Led by Arman (a 'master installer' holder), our windows were installed/replaced flawlessly. 
Despite one retrofitting window initially installed on top of the existing metal frames looked a bit projecting, Arman who committed to perfection, recognized that & scheduled a reinstallation without additional charge. 

We're very impressed by Greco who went beyond and above to deliver their services to 100% satisfaction.
