Scope Of Work
Bay Ltd. (Berry Fabricators) has fabricated two (2) sets of four NGL Fractionators for a valued Gulf Coast Client. The projects involved the mechanical code calculations, procurement and fabrication of the Trayed Towers with the approximate size and dimensions below:
Four (4) Tray Towers
Mont Belvieu, TX Deethanizer – 13.5’ I.D. X 172’ OAL X 676,000 Lbs.
Depropanzier – 12’ to 13’ I.D. X 188 OAL X 526,000 Lbs.
Debutanizer – 10.5” to 11.5’ I.D. X 165’ OAL X 379,000 Lbs.
Deisobutanzier – 11.5’ I.D. X 229’ OAL X 545,000 Lbs.
Further, our scope of work included loading onto and securement to the transportation barge, barge shipment, offloading and heavy haul using Bay’s Nicolas self-propelled Transporters (SPMT’s) to the Project site
