Scope Of Work
The Energy Cedar Bayou Terminal is located outside of Mount Belvieu, Baytown, Texas.
Bay Ltd. completed the ground work preparation of the site and foundations for the refined products storage tanks, pump/piping manifolds, buildings and structural pipe rack steel, construction of the three 148.5’ x 48’ and three 164’ x 48’ storage tanks, setting of all equipment including pumps, the fabrication, installation and testing of the piping, including tie-ins to the Colonial pipelines and the installation and testing of the electrical power and control systems. The work commenced in January 2008 and was completed in October 2009 and a total of 500,800 hours of direct labor were expended.
