Scope Of Work
JRM partnered with retailer Topshop Topman to build their second largest flagship store in the world on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 49th Street. Located next to Rockefeller Center, the 41,000 SF space boasts four floors of retail space including 3 elevators and 5 escalators all of which were installed by JRM. JRM constructed every aspect of the interior of the store as well as built a new storefront façade. We installed high-end finishes and cutting-edge lighting throughout, as well as all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
