Scope Of Work
The scope of work included patching Terra cotta to new condition, removing stones that were beyond repair, accessing the best method for replacement, reattaching new stones, laying parapet caps. We also coated the facade for the two stores with the historic masonry. The project was on a schedule that was moving with a multi story building being built above the area of our work. Our team had to secure the facade and work while all of the other trades were moving around our project, we often had to change what we were doing to accommodate the project as a whole. We worked hand in hand with the general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis and performed excellently under pressure of deadlines and budgets.
