Scope Of Work
The renovation and additions to Fire Station 21 in Sarasota County includes a new roof, a generator capable of sustaining the entire station during emergencies, and interior remodeling.
The new addition includes a gym with exercise rooms while the existing exercise room is converted to Officer’s Bunk and Office Space for a more efficient facility. The existing Fire Station 21 is fully active during construction. Ajax worked closely with the County and community to develop, coordinate and implement a logistic plan to ensure proper separation and safety of the fire operations from the construction work.
