Scope Of Work
Located one block from Florida’s Capitol in the Adam Street Commons, the FTP/NEA building is a 100-year old structure. The project called for a total restoration (exterior/interior) effort plus the addition of a brand new third floor.
The original plans called for $1.8 million in work; however, by employing our own crews and providing value engineering analysis to the Owner, the project was completed for a fraction of the cost at $1.2 million.
