Scope Of Work
The Florida Sheriffs Association Office Complex included the construction of a new two-story building (17,000 SF). The building features a highly finished lobby entrance leading to an interior which included offices, an auditorium, a kitchen and conference rooms. The systems/equipment included a two stop hydraulic elevator, Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) mechanical system, high end lighting, fire sprinklers, telecom system and a card reader security system for access control that can be used to give limited access during non regular hours to support night and weekend use of the auditorium, kitchen and restroom areas only. The 3-acre site included selective demo, earthwork, paving, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation.
