Anthony Iandoli leads his team in executing strategic construction plans by establishing priorities and determining resource allocation to guarantee that projects are delivered both efficiently and effectively. Leading a team of Project Directors, Project Managers and Superintendents, Mr. Iandoli is responsible for the proper administration of all construction contracts and the documentation of all necessary information.
With over 30 years of exceptional construction experience, Mr. Iandoli has managed a variety of construction projects ranging from minor renovations to multi-floor interior fit outs of up to 1.5M SF. Craig Plescia's Bio
Craig Plescia is Director of New Jersey Operations for JRM. He is a 15-year contracting and construction management professional with industry-expert knowledge of all construction processes in interior development, renovation, and restoration programs. Craig is exceptionally well versed in New Jersey project management operations, having spent most of his career as a project manager for numerous New Jersey-based projects. Craig is responsible for the day-to-day operations, namely managing the flow of information between the client, project team, and subcontractors. Craig oversees project scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, as well as conducts weekly meetings with the client, design team, and buildings. Upon project completion, Craig verifies all specifications are met for a successful project closeout, handling any remaining purchase orders, dispute resolution, and contract administration.
David B. McWilliams's Bio
As Project Director, David McWilliams, Jr. is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all job related progress. He works closely with the project team to ensure that the schedules are manageable and realistic. Mr. McWilliams organizes and conducts weekly meeting with the design team, client and building management to ensure that all issues pertaining to the project are thoroughly reviewed and addressed. Upon project completion, Mr. McWilliams ensures any scope discrepancies have been resolved and conducts the project close-out, confirming that all necessary documentation has been forwarded to the appropriate parties.

David G. McWilliams's Bio
David G. McWilliams is a Partner and the Chief Executive Officer at JRM. With over 35 years in the industry, Mr. McWilliams has successfully managed the construction of all building types including commercial, residential, and high end retail earning a reputation as a pragmatic and knowledgeable construction expert. He has had hands-on experience in nearly every facet of the business ranging from Director of Field Operations, Director of Construction, to his role at JRM. Mr. McWilliams is responsible for not only the development of new business, but the successful execution of all construction projects from sales to pre-construction to construction, providing executive support throughout the entire project lifecycle. As a leader, Mr. McWilliams takes great pride with the growth and training of the next generation of builders and construction professionals at JRM Construction Management.

James Connolly's Bio
As General Superintendent, James Connolly oversees on-site operations and field personnel for all JRM projects. Mr. Connolly’s responsibilities include schedule execution, technical construction-related support and labor scheduling, as well as the management of site safety and quality control.
James has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. His attention to detail and proven ability to train and motivate staff make him an invaluable member of the JRM team.

John Jackson's Bio
John Jackson is a Principal and Project Director at JRM’s West Coast office. As a Project Director, John oversees the management of all project phases including day to day operations such as construction schedules, costs, project teams, and client relations. With over 10 years of experience as VP of Design and Construction, project manager, and as a superintendent, John has a consistent track record of successfully managing and delivering numerous multimillion dollar projects. John, who is a specialist in retail construction and build-out, is a strong leader who inspires confidence and motivates his staff to perform at the highest levels to meet and exceed project and client expectations.
Joseph P. Romano's Bio
Joseph Romano is a Partner and President of JRM. As president, Mr. Romano provides overall strategic, operational, and business development leadership by implementing and enforcing the necessary control protocols to ensure smooth daily operations at JRM. Romano has over 20 years of industry experience managing some of the tri-state area’s largest and technically complex construction projects.
Mr. Romano is heavily involved in all aspects of the construction program overseeing contract administration, cost control, and cash flow analysis. For Romano, it’s imperative that JRM’s business goals are met by all project teams so each client experiences JRM’s streamlined, innovative, and premier construction services. Marc Reissman's Bio
Marc Reissman leads the Estimating and Purchasing Department, where he is responsible for all phases of project procurement. Mr. Reissman responds to client RFPs for proposed work, assembles the internal RFPs for sub-contractor bidding, and is also responsible for the organization, tracking and reporting of costs on all projects. He is the driving force behind JRM's fair and competitive subcontractor bid process.

Martin Gilbert is a Principal and Project Director at JRM’s West Coast office. As a Project Director, Martin will oversee the management and administration of all project phase operations including tracking and controlling construction schedules, costs, project teams, and client relations ensuring all project scope expectations are met. His experience as a project manager and superintendent allow him to effectively spearhead projects that are strategically planned, managed, and delivered on time and under budget. As Project Director, Thomas Nelson ensures that the client’s goals are being met at all times and is responsible for maintaining established time and budgetary constraints for all work. With over 30 years in the construction industry, Tom brings his first-hand knowledge of global construction and relocation activities from the user perspective to all project assignments. Anna Levitt's Bio
As Director of Human Resources, Anna Levitt oversees recruiting, staffing, organizational and space planning as well as performance management and improvement systems. Other areas managed by Mrs. Levitt are employment and compliance to regulatory concerns, employee orientation, training, policy development and documentation. She is also in charge of compensation, benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Mrs. Levitt’s plentiful experience provides an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Kevin Griffin's Bio
Kevin Griffin is the Director of Core & Shell, where he is responsible for the successful execution of all JRM’s construction projects. With over 17 years of professional experience in the construction industry, Kevin has managed projects totaling more than $2 billion and 3.5 million square feet throughout the Tri-State Area, including residential, commercial, hospitality and retail real estate re-development, development and construction. Kevin’s experience includes budgeting, pre-construction planning, value engineering, coordination and management, contract negotiations, logistics planning, budget/schedule development and execution, supplier and subcontractor selection, management and compliance. In his role as Director of Core & Shell, Kevin is responsible for the successful execution and completion of all core & shell projects. He will ensure that all client needs are met to certify a successful and timely project closeout.
Prior to joining JRM, Kevin quickly made his way up the corporate ladder from being a superintendent, to running his own Construction Management firm, to then being the Executive Vice President of Design & Construction at one of New York’s top development groups.
Finance & Accounting
Denise Arce-Yannaco's Bio
Ms. Arce-Yannaco is in charge of managing financial functions and overseeing the finance team. She prepares budgets, forecasts and cash flows as well as maintaining financial ledgers and accounting processes. Ms. Arce-Yannaco also prepares Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheets and produces statutory and internal financial reports in a timely manner. Her resume boasts over 20 years in the construction industry.
