Since our inception in 1954, SC&A has worked for owners and architects in a competitive bid arrangement. This arrangement most often is based upon SC&A giving a lump sum quotation after plans and specifications are complete. SC&A continues to engage in general contracting projects today in order to keep our skills sharp in the competitive marketplace and guarantee our customers the most economically sound project.
