The Benson
An 18-story, 250 foot tall condominium building with 86,750 GSF. This project features 14 spacious condos situated mid-block on Madison Avenue, between 79th & 80th Streets. Within the building there will be both sub cellar amenity spaces and a rooftop terrace. Amenities include a gym, flex room and theater. Ground floor spaces contain the residential lobby, fully fit out retail space and two "white box" retail spaces.
The building façade consists of hand set limestone and brick. Adjacent properties bound the building to the North & South. The stately classical arrival, with sculpted Indiana limestone and detailed iron double-set doors, encloses a divinely detailed jewel box lobby. Sophisticated and intimate, the arrival embodies the heart and soul of the Upper East Side.
