Scope Of Work
LBG has begun excavation for this new 21-Story, mixed-use residential tower. Avery Hall Investments acquired this favorable location directly over Brooklyn’s Borough Hall Station and at the nexus of Cadman Plaza and the Fulton Mall.?
This new development will consist of 240,000 gross square feet containing 138 residential units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom spaces. The building includes a lobby with 24/7 doorman and concierge, a parking garage, ground floor retail space, and both indoor and outdoor amenities.
The leisure amenity spaces include a two-story fitness center, a swimming pool, a sauna, an entertainment lounge, a children’s playroom, and a landscaped rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen and seating.
The wide tower will consist of a step-like façade created with a setback each third of the way up, making the very structure visually appealing. Each setback will be landscaped with a large outdoor terrace. In addition to this, some residential units will include private outdoor terrace spaces.
