Scope Of Work
An 18 story 129,000 GSF hotel project bounded by Broome street to the North and Bowery to the West. Standing approximately 200 feet tall, this reinforced concrete hotel will contain 303 rooms.
This hotel will also feature cleverly designed rooms, tech-savvy amenities, co-working space, a well-equipped fitness center and three flexible meeting studios.
