Scope Of Work

Gantry Park Landing is a distinct residential building in Long Island City. 

The building’s façade is uniquely crafted from exposed architectural concrete with a complete window wall system, mixing industrial elements with 21st-century style and luxury.

The interiors consists of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The ground floor area includes a lobby, several retail areas, tenant storage, and mechanical space.

The building features several amenity spaces throughout. This includes a vintage-inspired lobby, gaming lounge, recreational terraces on the second floor and main roof, quiet common areas, and a fitness center.
