Scope Of Work
Arlo Midtown Hotel, located at 351 West 38th St., is a 26 story, 280 foot tall high-rise hotel with 176,000 gross square feet.
The hotel will have a planned 389 rooms as well as a restaurant, bar and lounge, and both cellar and rooftop amenity spaces.
The lobby is accented by an 8-story atrium. The building façade consists of a hand set brick and punch windows.
Adjacent properties bound the building to the North, East and West.
