This is a Robert A.M. Stern designed 503 foot tall structure rising 35 stories, with two mechanical bulkheads, featuring 265,300 GSF. The building includes 88 luxury condominiums, with storage below and two cellar levels including parking. Amenities include pool and spa, library, porte cochere and private garden. The building exterior is clad in precast concrete with over 1,000 punch windows, with extensive decorative precast concrete detailing typical of RAMSA designed buildings, including balconies, extensive architraves, 

loggias, 27 setback roofs with terraces, and a decorative precast crown. This base of the building includes handset limestone in the private garden, porte cochere, and building base to the second floor. This building is sited on the corner of east 83rd street and Third Avenue. Air rights have been secured, providing a 360 degree views above the third floor. The interior features expansive galleries, chefs kitchens, stone bathrooms and generous ceiling heights.
