Scope Of Work
The Lion Creek Crossing Phase V is a modern, sustainably developed, senior living community located in Oakland, CA. Extant provided environmental noise monitoring to establish the exiting noise environment that the Project would be exposed to, along with continuing consultation in regard to appropriate selection of building elements. Extant evaluated the plan set provided by the project architect, providing consultation and recommendations for the building envelope and various interior partitions.
