Scope Of Work

The Holiday Inn Windsor project proposes to construct a hotel and meeting facility in the northern Bay Area town of Windsor, CA. From an environmental noise perspective the proposed project presented several potential issues, as the proposed location is bounded by major vehicular traffic in three directions. Extant provided environmental noise monitoring to establish the exiting noise environment that the building facade would be exposed to, along with assistance with the appropriate selection of exterior building elements. Additionally, Extant evaluated the plan set provided by the project architect, providing consultation and recommendations for the inter-tenancy interior partitions, meeting room acoustics, as well as mechanical and plumbing specifications for the proposed project.
