Scope Of Work
The Eagle Ranch Specific Plan encompasses approximately 3,430 acres, just south of the City of Atascadero, in San Luis Obispo County. The Eagle Ranch Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report evaluates the proposed annexation and development of the Specific Plan Area. Extant Acoustical Consulting was retained to perform the environmental acoustics, noise and vibration analysis for the project, and prepare the noise and vibration chapter of the Specific Plan EIR.
