Scope Of Work
Ameriprise Financial, Westlake, Grahl and Glover, constructed an office for the premier financial consulting firm in Granite Bay, CA; however, following completion of the construction they were left with multiple conference spaces that were nearly unusable. Extant Acoustical conducted performance testing of the multiple conference spaces, wall partitions, doors and curtain walls. We provided guidance on the root of the issues that were causing the conference room usage to be limited and developed recommendations for the most effective treatment methods. As an additional service, Extant provided ongoing construction administration support to help ensure proper implementation of the treatment recommendations.
