Scope Of Work
Remodel of historic hotel for high ranking visiting officers on Naval Post Graduate Bass. Renovation included (77) Guest rooms and Suites.
Scope: Manage All Doors and Hardware on project including:
--Supply and Install new wood Bath Doors and Frames
--Retrofit existing antique wood front room doors for new hardware and trim to fit opening; re-swing when necessary to meet new ADA and Design standards
--Retrofit existing and Supply new fire doors and hardware
--Install all hardware and ensure everything working smoothly while keeping to historical standards
--Kaba Lodging Card Access System for room main doors
--Masterkey System for maintenance doors
