Scope Of Work
Barley Mash was one of the biggest project GDU has done in the Gaslamp district of downtown San Diego. We installed over 10 of our customer vertical lift windows that are inside the dining area.
The biggest challenge we had on this project came from the building's historical background. The gaslamp has a strict rule about maintaining the structural integrity of the buildings downtown. We had to make sure specific requirements were meant in terms of not changing the structure and historical look of the building.
GDU installed these windows and maintained all the guidelines set forth by the city for it's vintage buildings.
