Scope Of Work
Discussions about a new town hall began years ago. The current Zionsville Town Hall was located on Oak Street in a former 45-year old church. Not only was space and poor configuration an issue, there were several million dollars in repairs needed. Denney Excavating has the privilege of currently demolishing the old Zionsville Town Hall. As for a new town hall? The new two-story 42,000+ square foot facility will be located behind the existing town hall when the building is complete.
