  • New exterior/interior signage package

  • Re-surfacing of pool and deck

  • Retexture, repaint rooms and ceiling

  • Installation of new flooring (carpet/tile)

  • Installation of new vanities and fixtures

  • Procurement and installation of new FF&E

  • Complete bathroom remodel with conversion of tubs to showers
