  • Re-surfacing of pool and deck

     

• Phase 2 – Remodeling of all Public Areas (Completed)

• Phase 3 – Full Renovation of 147 Rooms (In approval stage with franchise)

  • Retexture, repaint all rooms and ceiling

  • Installation of new flooring (carpet/tile)

  • Procurement and installation of new FF&E

  • Complete bathroom remodel and conversion of tubs to showers
