Scope Of Work
The Light House Bistro project was the restoration and preservation of an existing early 1900’s historical structure. The building was transformed into a full service restaurant and dining facility. The structure includes a new full basement, full commercial kitchen and dining area, and four new rental apartments on the third floor.
