Scope Of Work

This project was a multifamily apartment building in Plymouth MN that was a bit outdated and it needed a pick me up. We worked with the owners and designer to bring some life into a building and modernize the look of it with color and textures. We used two types of Hardie Siding products on here one is a stained lap siding and the other was sheets that are divided by the black flashing metals to give that modern feel. The old brick was painted white and the new gutter downspouts were bronze finish that complemented the white brick and the bronze fascia and soffit.
