Scope Of Work
This building was a home to a restaurant and a flower shop, we converted the basement in to the tanning rooms, bathrooms and weight room. Main floor we added the office, bathrooms, entry, feature wall, and rest of the space we was for equipment and workout machines. We gutted this building to the studs and to the floor to start all over, we framed out our walls for new layout of the gym, added bathrooms and altered for the use of the gym, we roughed in our electrical, hvac, and fire suppression system per layout. We installed our drywall we painted the walls, doors and trim as well as stain and seal to match and changed the ceiling grid & tiles. We added mirrors on the walls and finished all of the trim and mill work. We installed the rubber floors, we installed the commercial carpet, and the tile.
