Scope Of Work
Avani Living is a 180,000-square-foot, mixed-use project that includes a 30,000-square-foot Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market grocery and liquor store, and 10,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The four-story apartment complex features 107 units of contemporary apartments, ranging from studio to two-bedroom units.
Avani Living amenities include a community room, club-quality wellness center, indoor yoga studio, wifi cafes, and a 7,022 SF rooftop patio with bocce ball court, beanbag court, putting green, yoga patio and grilling stations. It also includes a 112-stall underground parking garage, indoor fully enclosed loading dock for Fresh Thyme, and indoor garage for moving trucks for the apartments.
